We deployed an AI-powered conversational voice agent that handles key business processes.
The challenge.
A leading Spanish insurer faced a classic (and expensive) problem: demand came in by phone… but a significant portion was not answered in time. The contact center was losing commercial interactions outside business hours and there was operational friction due to peak loads and cases with language barriers. The result was twofold: a drop in conversion and a lack of traceability to prioritize what to address first.
The solution.
We designed and implemented a commercial Voice Agent developed with conversational AI (ElevenLabs), trained with corporate knowledge and oriented towards conversion. The agent provides automatic after-hours service to prevent demand loss, performs guided pre-qualification (collection of key data, reason for contact, needs, urgency and initial fit) and automatically registers all conversations in the CRM.

The project transforms a traditionally reactive process into an intelligent, automated and measurable commercial funnel, where each incoming call becomes an actionable opportunity.
