About the role
We are looking for a Business Analytics Intern with a quantitative academic background and a drive to understand the business behind the data. You will work alongside our business consultants on digital analytics projects for large national and international accounts: pulling and consolidating data from different platforms, analysing what is happening and why, and preparing the results reports and sales reports that reach executive committees.
This is not a support or admin role. From the first month you will work with real information from real clients, with direct impact on business decisions.
What you will do
- Extract and consolidate data from the different digital and business platforms our clients work with.
- Analyse the evolution of key business indicators and identify deviations, trends and their causes.
- Build and maintain recurring results reports and sales reports for executive teams.
- Prepare the business reading of each analysis: not just what happened, but why and what we recommend doing.
- Support business consultants in preparing working sessions and client presentations.
- Cross-check and validate data quality before any figure leaves the firm.
- Document processes and automate repetitive reporting tasks whenever possible.
What we are looking for
- Completed or final year of a degree or master in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Physics, Business Administration, Business Analytics or related fields.
- Ability to sign an internship agreement with your university or business school.
- A final degree project, master thesis or academic project related to data analysis.
- Basic knowledge of Python and command of Excel.
- Genuine interest in data analytics and digital business, with no fear of the technical side.
- Analytical ability and critical thinking: asking the right questions before accepting a figure.
- C1 English, both written and spoken.
- Rigour and attention to detail. We work with information that goes to executive committees.
Nice to have
- Basic SQL or visualisation tools such as Looker Studio, Power BI or Tableau.
- Familiarity with digital analytics or media platforms (Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads, HubSpot CRM, etc.).
Hiring process
- 01CV review and initial screening interview.
- 02Validation with the technical team.
