Who we are
BOND LABS is a boutique Data, Martech and Artificial Intelligence firm that works side by side with enterprise clients in banking, legal, telco, energy and insurance. We design, build and deploy solutions with measurable business impact.
Projects are led by senior profiles from day one, with no internal rotations or teams that change halfway through. That demands people with judgement, able to sit in a steering committee in the morning and ship code in the afternoon.
We were born in the middle of the AI era and work as registered partners of companies leading the change, such as ElevenLabs, Anthropic and Salesforce. The entire team has completed certified training on the platforms we build with.

We give talks, teach on Martech master’s programmes and go out to explain what we build. We also close the day together more often than a consultancy usually does.
CONDITIONS.
Flexible hybrid schedule
Hybrid model in Madrid. Mon-Thu 9:00-18:00 and Fridays 8:00-15:00.
Shorter summer hours
From 1 July to 1 September, a single shift from 8:00 to 15:00, Monday to Friday.
