At BOND LABS we believe talent is not just hired: it is cultivated. That is why we reinforce our commitment to those starting their careers, hiring young profiles on permanent contracts, with the training plan, projects and mentors needed for them to grow at the pace an AI-driven industry demands.

This commitment is realised through our collaboration with the Comunidad de Madrid, within the Contratación estable de personas jóvenes line of the Programa para el fomento de la contratación, of which we are a beneficiary entity.

What it means for BOND LABS

The hiring comes at a moment of strong expansion: since the consultancy launched we have multiplied the size of the team, and more than 70% of the professionals joining have a hybrid profile combining business and technology, with a specialisation in AI.

About the programme

The Programa para el fomento de la contratación promotes the permanent hiring of young people through its line “Contratación estable de personas jóvenes”. An initiative that connects companies of Madrid’s productive fabric with the next generation of professionals.
