About the role
We are looking for a Strategy Manager who connects technology with business. You will join the team that builds our clients’ transformation strategy around the technology we deploy with our technical team.
You are the person who walks into the client, understands their processes down to the last detail, spots where the value is and designs the path to capture it with data and AI solutions. You will work on transformation programmes with global enterprise clients, sitting with executive committees and C-level stakeholders, while working side by side with our engineers and architects.
We are not looking for a slideware consultant: we want someone who goes deep into the functional detail, challenges proposed solutions and can defend why a process should be automated, when, and with what impact. You will lead a team of consultants per project and report directly to the BOND LABS executive committee.
What you will do
- Lead technology transformation programmes at enterprise clients, from solution design to production.
- Map the client’s business processes, detect inefficiencies and prioritise opportunities by impact and feasibility.
- Define AI use cases end to end: value hypothesis, business case, success metrics and adoption roadmap.
- Translate business needs into functional requirements the technical team can implement.
- Design and execute change management and adoption plans: training, communication, operating model and governance.
- Run market research and competitive benchmarking to back recommendations and anticipate industry moves.
- Lead and develop a project team of consultants: distributing workload, reviewing deliverables and raising the bar.
What we are looking for
- At least 6 years of experience in digital consulting, technology-driven business transformation or AI strategy, always from the functional and business side. Proven track record at a large consultancy working with enterprise clients.
- Experience designing adoption and change management processes in large, complex organisations.
- Ability to engage with C-level stakeholders, with impeccable executive communication, both spoken and written.
- Project and people management: planning, scope control, expectation management and team development.
- C1 English or higher, at real working level with international clients.
- Availability for occasional travel to clients, both domestic and international.
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience with AI solutions from Microsoft, OpenAI, Anthropic or ElevenLabs, beyond the theoretical level.
- Functional experience with martech and CRM platforms (Salesforce, Adobe, HubSpot) in implementation projects.
- Certifications in martech, cloud or AI platforms.
- Knowledge of the CPG and Education sectors.
- Experience in international or multi-country environments.
